Delivery & Returns

We produce such a lot of feeder rods and to our very high specification that we must also supply rods with the correct tips etc.
From Glass fibre push over tips, Carbon push in tips, Glass Swing tip Adaptors, we make them all. The tips are all colour coded for ease of recognition and strength. Tips for every situation. There is also the added option for some tips to be supplied with larger centred eyes, for use with large Shock Leaders these use the same colour identification plus a gold band.
Not all the tips are interchangeable. Please consult the chart or the company directly should you require any advice or direction on which tips are interchangeable.

Delivery

We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process.  It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position.  The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website.  If you have any issues with tracking numbers or receiving your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item. When completing the returns from, please provide as much detail as possible. We aim to refund or resolve all returns with 48 hours. If you have received the wrong item or would need to report a faulty one please contact us via the messaging service.
