Add space to your shelter with the Trakker Tempest Social Cap, which gives extra space and comfort for you and your friends without being cramped. It integrates a Skull Cap, offering reduced condensation and insulation for the bivvy, while the extended porch area offers covered space guaranteed to protect you from the elements during adverse conditions. The additional space allows you to comfortably invite guests to socialise, or more room for those longer sessions at home and overseas for storing extra luggage and equipment. The Trakker Tempest Social Caps have been developed to ensure that each model of bivvy in the current range has its own dedicated Social Cap.

Delivery

We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process.  It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position.  The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website.  If you have any issues with tracking numbers or receiving your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item. When completing the returns from, please provide as much detail as possible. We aim to refund or resolve all returns with 48 hours. If you have received the wrong item or would need to report a faulty one please contact us via the messaging service.
