Delivery & Returns

A convenient means of securely housing your marker float set-up, spod or other baiting device for easy transportation. The soft neoprene construction ensures your rod blank is protected from dents and other abrasions.
At the end of your session, lay your baiting device or castable feature finding aid into the Holster, carefully place your leader or main line into the specially designed wave-lock rubber grommet, close the zip to secure the contents and then fasten the Velcro loop through the largest ring on the top section of your rod, finally break your rod down in the usual manner and secure the Holster to the blank with the protective neoprene-Velcro retention loop.

Delivery

We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process.  It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position.  The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website.  If you have any issues with tracking numbers or receiving your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item. When completing the returns from, please provide as much detail as possible. We aim to refund or resolve all returns with 48 hours. If you have received the wrong item or would need to report a faulty one please contact us via the messaging service.
