Developed using the original Thatchers recipe, Thatchers Original has gained quite the reputation among anglings elite since its release. Following on from the success of our Original 'natural' coloured Thatchers mix we have added two new mixes to the range. Thatchers Dark as the name suggests is a darker version of the original mix and will undoubtedly prove popular with anglers who prefer a darker mix when targeting silverfish or during the cooler months when water clarity increases.

Mixing Instructions

Pro Thatchers Dark is simple to mix. Empty the bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 1 pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. Then for best results; to remove any lumps and create an even consistency, pass the groundbait through a riddle and it is ready to use.

Alternatively, you can use a drill and whisk, this is now the preferred method of many of our consultants.

Delivery

We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process.  It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position.  The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website.  If you have any issues with tracking numbers or receiving your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item. When completing the returns from, please provide as much detail as possible. We aim to refund or resolve all returns with 48 hours. If you have received the wrong item or would need to report a faulty one please contact us via the messaging service.
