The Shimano Aero X5 Precision Multi Feeder Rod comes as a 9ft to 11ft rod multi-length. Using as a 9ft rod, the X5 Precision Feeder is slightly softer in action compared to 11ft length. The multi-length options make this feeder rod versatile to your angling needs whether it s fishing in tight-knit swims or larger waters.
When fishing short distances, the 9ft length is ideal in combination with the 0,5 or 0,75oz tip as this offers much more sensitive bite detection. On the other end of the scale, when further casting distance is required, the longer section of the rod blank can be used to make the rod 11ft in length. The longer length provides you with more power in the back as well as additional casting distance and control.
With a casting weight between 45g to 60g depending on your chosen rod length, this Shimano rod s blank action does not compromise between 9 and 11ft but instead offers a good 9 and a good 11ft rod in one compact rod.ing Weight 45g - 60g
