Delivery & Returns

Each Double Winder features two sliders so two rigs can be neatly stored on each winder. There is a slot for your hook and a peg which would hold a loop, meaning that rigs can be tied and hooklengths added at a later date if needed without kinking your line. The sliding anchor can be moved along the full length of the winder. There is a small retaining spike at both ends of the slider so it doesn’t matter which way you wind your rig on. The tapered ‘V’ hook holding slot can accommodate hooks as small as size 26 without damage.

Delivery

We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process.  It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position.  The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website.  If you have any issues with tracking numbers or receiving your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item. When completing the returns from, please provide as much detail as possible. We aim to refund or resolve all returns with 48 hours. If you have received the wrong item or would need to report a faulty one please contact us via the messaging service.
