Delivery & Returns

Compac Cool Packs are supplied with each medium, large and XL Cool Bags, where internal straps to hold them securely in place.
The Cool Packs are also supplied separately for those who wish to provide extra cooling or wish to replace an original. They come in two sizes standard size which come with the cool bags and an XL version which slots in to the bottom of the XL Cool Bag.
Compac Cool Packs are designed to be frozen for 24 hours prior to your session and will then keep the contents of your Cool Bag, or Compac Cooler, cold for as long as possible.

Delivery

We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process.  It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position.  The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website.  If you have any issues with tracking numbers or receiving your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item. When completing the returns from, please provide as much detail as possible. We aim to refund or resolve all returns with 48 hours. If you have received the wrong item or would need to report a faulty one please contact us via the messaging service.
