This hook has been specifically designed for use with stiff hook links and rig presentations such as the chod rig or hinged stiff rig, but it can also be used with other pop-up presentations as well. It has an out-turned eye, to help give a continuous curve from the hook link to the hook when using stiff presentations, and the rest of its shape is based upon the iconic Wide Gape pattern, albeit in a slightly thicker wire. It is an incredibly strong hook, as Darrell Peck will attest to, having caught carp to over 70lb on the size 8 version. The slightly curved point is very sharp, and the barb is of a size that doesn t hinder penetration, but once in, helps the hook stay securely in place. The Choddy comes in barbed and barbless versions, in a choice of size 12, 10, 8, 6 or 4, with ten hooks in each pack.

Delivery

We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process.  It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position.  The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website.  If you have any issues with tracking numbers or receiving your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item. When completing the returns from, please provide as much detail as possible. We aim to refund or resolve all returns with 48 hours. If you have received the wrong item or would need to report a faulty one please contact us via the messaging service.
