Instructions for Use:

Important: Always use in well-ventilated areas.

  1. Add Water:

    • Pour tap or spring water up to the designated line inside the container.

  2. Prepare Food:

    • Place food into the heating tray. If using dried food, add water on top to moisten it, following the instructions on the food packet.

  3. Prepare Heatstone:

    • Remove the HeatStone from its plastic packet. Ensure your hands are dry before handling.

  4. Insert Heatstone:

    • Lay the HeatStone at the bottom of the container.

  5. Assemble Container:

    • Place the food tray with the food inside the container. Secure the lid firmly.

  6. Avoid Interference:

    • Do not touch the container or cover the vent hole during the steaming process.

  7. Heating Time:

    • Wait 15-30 minutes. After this time, carefully remove the lid. Your food is now ready to eat from the heating tray.

  8. Dispose of Heatstone:

    • Discard the used HeatStone in general waste.

Note: Ensure all instructions are followed carefully for safe and effective heating.

We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process.  It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position.  The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website.  If you have any issues with tracking numbers or receiving your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item. When completing the returns from, please provide as much detail as possible. We aim to refund or resolve all returns with 48 hours. If you have received the wrong item or would need to report a faulty one please contact us via the messaging service.
