Guru SMWG Bait Band Rigs 15in

The SMWG Bait Band Ready Rigs are the perfect leader option for method, hybrid and pellet feeder fishing in commercial fisheries. The rigs work perfectly when hairrigging hook baits such as hard pellets, wafters, pop-ups and even baits such as maggots. The rig is equipped with an optimally sized micro bait band at the end of the hair rig. This should be placed around your chosen hookbait. There is also a small 0.3mm piece of micro silicone on the shaft of the hook and hair rig that holds the hookbait in place and ensures the rig functions properly.

If you are having difficulty attaching your hookbait by hand, we recommend using our pellet pliers which allow you to attach the hookbait quickly and easily. The SMWG Bait Band Ready Rigs are the ultimate commercial rig option and are perfect for a wide range of fish species and fishing situations.

This version features the extremely popular SMWG hook, which has a PTFE coating, creating a super sharp tip with longer life.

Available in 4" and 15" to suit a variety of different fishing situations and hookbait options. The 4 inch ready rigs come pre-tied to our reliable rig boards. The 15" versions come pre-tied onto our easy-to-use leader spools that fit perfectly into Guru Rig boxes, improving organization and efficiency.

In sizes 10, 12 and 14 we have improved the cord diameter options to provide even more choice in these larger sizes (see size chart below for options and diameters). All of our ready rigs are tied to our proven N-gauge line. It has proven to be a firm favorite among recreational, coarse and match anglers for countless years.
