This is because dirt, dust, and other impurities, as well as general wear, will remove any water-repellent finish your gear may have been treated with. Cleaning your gear can help, but eventually it will need reproofing with a water-repellent product.
Fortunately, Grangers Tent Gear Repel can help. By restoring the water-repellent finish to your outdoor gear and equipment, you ll be completely protected in even the wettest conditions. This product will also help to protect against stains prolonging the lifetime of all outdoor gear.

Delivery

We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process.  It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position.  The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website.  If you have any issues with tracking numbers or receiving your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item. When completing the returns from, please provide as much detail as possible. We aim to refund or resolve all returns with 48 hours. If you have received the wrong item or would need to report a faulty one please contact us via the messaging service.
