Our imitation Dog Biscuits have been developed to overcome some of the problems associated with other similar products currently available.
The inclusion of a counterweight into one side ensures that the hook always remains on top, out of view of any wary fish. It also ensures that the imitation biscuits sits low in the water, just like real biscuit that has become waterlogged. Lightly nick the hook through the side of the mixer opposite the counterweight and position it in the back of the hook ensuring the point remains fully exposed. We recommend using super specialist type hooks, size 10 for small biscuits and size 8 for the larger size.
Note the counterweight can be removed by squeezing the biscuit and replaced with the plug provided, should a hair rig presentation be required.

Delivery

We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process.  It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position.  The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website.  If you have any issues with tracking numbers or receiving your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item. When completing the returns from, please provide as much detail as possible. We aim to refund or resolve all returns with 48 hours. If you have received the wrong item or would need to report a faulty one please contact us via the messaging service.
