Delivery & Returns

Pellet Boxes are available in Aqua and feature a solid bait seal lid, which is ideal for storing pellets and other particle baits.
Long-established as the most popular style of bait tub on the market, made from a robust polymer which can be frozen without splitting. They are available in Aqua and in either 2.2 pint or 3.3 pint sizes.
The solid bait seal lid is perfect for storing pellets, meat, sweetcorn, boilies and particles. The square format of these boxes fit neatly in a Drennan Bait Waiter.

Delivery

We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process.  It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position.  The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website.  If you have any issues with tracking numbers or receiving your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item. When completing the returns from, please provide as much detail as possible. We aim to refund or resolve all returns with 48 hours. If you have received the wrong item or would need to report a faulty one please contact us via the messaging service.
