This pattern is perfect for river swims from 5ft to 12ft where the flow is slight or where there are a lot of fish present and you are getting bites quickly. Like our other bolo floats, it is best fished with a bulk in the form of a DH On-Line olivette about 18in to 2ft from the hook and a single drop shot, either a No8 or a No6, positioned about 10 inches from the hook. This is also a great float for use with long whips, a style of fishing that has become very popular on a variety of venues in recent times.
