We provide free postage and packaging on most orders. Depending on the item, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DHL. Please note orders made after 8am will be despatched the next working day. Both our postal services are tracked and tracking numbers are provided. Please Note: The Royal Mail Tracking Number is a delivered Tracking and will not advise where the package is during the delivery process. It advises once delivery has been made with a GPS delivery position. The DHL tracking is a live tracking number and can be tracked via the DHL website. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us in its original packaging and in an un-used condition within 30 days of receiving your item.
